Delegation of Center for Strategic Studies visits Turkey

A delegation led by the director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan (SAM) Farhad Mammadov made an official visit to Ankara at the invitation of the Center for Strategic Studies of Turkish Foreign Affairs Ministry.

During the visit, the SAM director attended a live program of Turkish TRT1 TV channel and responded to journalists` questions.

The aim of the visit is to continue mutual exchange of views on regional issues and develop the cooperation as part of a protocol signed between SAM and the Turkish Center for Strategic Studies in July of 2011.

A SAM delegation visited Turkey last October, which saw the conduct of the Azerbaijani Week in Kars, Igdir, Trabzon, Erzurum and Konya.
