Day of Azerbaijan`s Armed Forces marked in Kiev

An official reception on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of establishment of Azerbaijan`s Armed Forces was arranged in Kiev, Ukraine.

The reception was organized by Azerbaijani embassy and staff of military attaché in Ukraine.
The welcoming speeches were made by Azerbaijani ambassador Eynulla Madatli, military attaché Tofig Gasimov, deputy chief of the general staff of Ukraine, lieutenant-general Sergey Kropivchenko.

The guests familiarized themselves with publications on life and activity of national leader Heydar Aliyev, President Ilham Aliyev, academicians Ramiz Mehtiyev and Yagub Mahmudli, Heydar Aliyev Foundation`s issue on Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict and magazines “Baku” and “Irs”.

The event brought together representatives of Azerbaijani embassy in Ukraine, heads of the diplomatic corps, members of Kiev association of military attaches, Azerbaijani Diaspora, mass media outlets.
