Azerbaijani, Turkish FMs hold talks

At the summit to mark the 20th anniversary of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organisation, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov has met with his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu, the Turkish Haberdar newspaper reported.

On Tuesday, Istanbul is hosting a summit to mark the 20th anniversary of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organisation.
