
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Konstantin Grishenko announced key priorities of chairmanship to OSCE in 2013 at the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council.
According to APA citing the OSCE website, Grishenko noted that Ukraine supports increase of the OSCE effectiveness in solution of conflicts and strengthening of organization.
The minister said that Ukraine intended to bring contribution to implementation of obligations on military and political, ecological, economic and global aspects of values of the organization and establishment of cooperation environment on OSCE security. He stressed that Ukraine would reach transparence and cooperation in military and political spheres: “This is especially important for the OSCE members. Ukraine considers acceptable to make speech with the initiative of new dialogue directed to develop main principles of control on ordinary weapons within OSCE.”
