
Azerbaijan will attend a key ministerial meeting on the future of Afghanistan, which will be held on June 28 in Kabul.
According to Tehran Times, discussions about the mechanism of regional countries’ participation in the process of bringing stability and security to Afghanistan will be the focus of the one-day meeting.
Foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, China, India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Tajikistan will attend the meeting.
Representatives from a number of Western countries, including Germany, France, Norway, and Britain, and representatives from 14 international organizations, including the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will also participate in the meeting.
