Azerbaijan, Turkey discuss military coop

Today, Commander of the Turkish Land Forces, Army General Hayri K?vr?ko?lu met with Defense Minister of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Safar Abiyev.

The welcoming ceremony of the Turkish General has been held at the Defense Ministry. The Azerbaijani and Turkish ministers exchanged view on details of further development of the military cooperation between the countries and focused on the new stage of relations in military education system.

The ministers discussed military situation in the region and the Nagorno-Karabakh problem. Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic has also participated in the meeting.
