Azerbaijani President orders to mark Mirvarid Dilbazi’s centennial

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has ordered on measures concerning celebration of the 100th birthday anniversary of Mirvarid Dilbazi, renowned Azerbaijani poetess.

Under the order, the Ministry of Culture & Tourism with taking into account the proposals of the Writers’ Union of Azerbaijan is to prepare and implement an action plan on the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijani poetess Dilbazi. The 100th anniversary of Mirvarid Dilbazi will be marked in August 2012.
