Azerbaijani FM meets Bulgaria's top official

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received the delegation headed by Chairman of the Bulgarian National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva, press service of the Foreign Ministry told Trend on Monday.

At the meeting, Mammadyarov informed the guest about the contribution of Azerbaijan in the development of the region.

The Minister expressed satisfaction with the current state of relations between the two countries and stressed the importance of their further development.

Tsacheva, in turn, expressed satisfaction with visit to Azerbaijan and noted that witnessed rapid economic development.

Tsacheva brought to the attention of Mammadyarov that the Bulgarian parliament is planned hold an exhibition dedicated to 20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria.

The importance of cooperation expanding between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria in the economic and humanitarian spheres, as well as in culture and education was stressed during the meeting.
