'Initiators of terror in the world are Armenians'

“Armenians are the initiators of terror in the world. Of course, terror exists in many places, but the Armenians initiated this horrible action”, said Chairman of Public Union “Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno Karabakh” Bayram Safarov, APA reports. He condemned the non-fulfillment of 4 resolutions adopted by the UN Security Council on liberation of Azerbaijani lands from Armenian occupation: “But the resolution on Libya was fulfilled right after its adoption”.
