'Jordan will further support Azerbaijan`s fair position'

Azerbaijan`s Ambassador to Jordan Elman Arasli has met with the chairman of this country`s Upper House of Parliament Abdel Raouf al-Rawabdeh.

The parties discussed development prospects of interparliamentary ties between Azerbaijan and Jordan. They also exchanged views on results of al-Rawabdeh`s visit to Azerbaijan last month.

Abdel Raouf al-Rawabdeh recalled his meeting with Azerbaijan`s President, and underlined that steady developing Azerbaijan has bright future. The Jordanian official stressed that he was amazed at construction boom in Baku, hospitality of the Azerbaijani people.

On Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict Abdel Raouf al-Rawabdeh expressed assurance that Azerbaijan`s territories would be liberated as soon as possible. He stated that Jordan will further support Azerbaijan`s fair position.
