05 May 2012 [11:53] - TODAY.AZ
‘Up to this day, Azerbaijan has raised issues at different organizations on aggressive policy of Armenia, terrorism committed against Azerbaijanis.

But our voice was not heard from the chair of such influential organization – UN’, Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova said, APA reports. Highly assessing the meeting of UN Security Council, held under the chairmanship of Azerbaijan, Muradova directed attention to speech of President Ilham Aliyev: ‘By noting that during chairmanship at the Security Council Azerbaijan will prefer anti-terror operations, wait for justice and right, take steps in direction of provision of international peace and security, the President showed our country’s position and attitude toward these issues. I think that, no state can have opposite position in these issues, leastwise can announce it openly’.

Taking stance on the expected visit of co-chairs next week to the region, Muradova said she took it as a next stage of the talks: ‘I do not expect any unusual thing from this visit. Nevertheless, I think this visit can stimulate the process of negotiations’.
