President Ilham Aliyev offers condolences to Russian counterpart

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a message of condolence to Russian president Dmitry Medvedev on Friday.

"I was deeply saddened to hear the news of mass loss of life as a result of a terrorist act in Makhachkala. We resolutely condemn all forms of terrorism. On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deepest condolences to you, families and relatives of the victims and all the people of Russia. I wish the injured speedy recovery," the Azerbaijani leader said in his message.
