BSEC PA meeting to be held in Baku

A meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PA BSEC) will be held in Baku on November, head of Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly, PA BSEC deputy chairman Asaf Hajiyev told Trend today.

The PA BSEC 39th session will be held in Yerevan in May. The presidency will pass from Armenia to Azerbaijan, MP said. Regarding the Azerbaijani delegation's participation in the meeting in Yerevan, Hajiyev said that according to the rules, Azerbaijan must get an official invitation.

According to the rotation rules, the presidency in the PA BSEC passes from one country to another in alphabetical order every six months. The PA BSEC last meeting took place in Tirana (Albania) last November.
