Georgian, Azerbaijani youth hold joint rally

Youth Parliament of Georgia, the youth organization of regional development and the Congress of Azerbaijanis in Georgia held peaceful demonstration of solidarity at the Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi on Monday.

As the participants told journalists, Georgian and Azerbaijani youth come together to defend peace in the Caucasus, so that young people are no longer faced with destitution and misery, as in the past.

"We are gathered today in front of the Georgian Parliament in order to fix our position with respect to aggression and occupation. We will not put up with the war in the Caucasus and protect the peace at any cost" the chairman of the Youth Parliament of Georgia Teona Lavrelashvili said.
