Azerbaijani President receives outgoing French ambassador - UPDATE - PHOTO

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received today French ambassador Gabriel Keller on completion of his diplomatic mission. The Head of State said bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and France cover a wide range of areas. He described high-level reciprocal visits as a good sign of relationship between the two countries.

President Aliyev noted the Azerbaijan-France relations had developed successfully during Keller`s tenure. The Azerbaijani leader highly appreciated the ambassador`s contributions to expansion of bilateral ties and wished him successes in his future activity.

For his part, ambassador Keller expressed satisfaction with his involvement in expansion of Azerbaijan-France bilateral ties. The diplomat also underlined the importance of President Ilham Aliyev`s contribution to strengthening relations between the two countries.
