Russian top official to visit Azerbaijan

The head of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko will pay the official visit to Azerbaijan on April 8-9, the Azerbaijani Parliament told Trend.

Matvienko plans to meet with the leadership of the country and the Parliament. She also plans to visit the Baku Slavic University.
