Azerbaijani President gives special allowances to young talents

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Executive Order to give special allowances to young talents. Under the presidential order, the names of six people with musical talent were included in the Golden Book of young Azerbaijani talents, and they will receive a special monthly presidential allowance.
