'TurkPA acts as bridge among Turkic speaking countries'

TurkPA Secretary General Ramil Hasanov who is in Almaty to attend the events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Parliamentary Assembly of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS PA) has met Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Chairperson-in-Office of the TURKPA Nurlan Nigmatulin.

During the meeting Ramil Hasanov updated Nigmatulin about the activities of TurkPA, projects and international cooperation. The preparation for the third Plenary Session of TurkPA which is expected to be held in Bishkek was also in the focus of the meeting.

Nurlan Nigmatulin in his turn highlighted TurkPA`s activity and noted that this organization in various fields plays a role of the bridge among Turkic speaking countries. He underscored that Parliament of Kazakhstan would continue to support the activities of the Secretariat in order to strengthen the TurkPA and enhance its international relations.
