'Azerbaijan is country of geostrategic importance'

A roundtable meeting on the subject “Azerbaijan and Euro-Atlantic Security Architecture” will take place in the European Policy Center (EPC) in Brussels.

The EPC press release says: “Azerbaijan is a country of geostrategic importance, including such spheres as Euro-Atlantic and Energy Security. The country is at the turn of the East and the West and has rich hydrocarbon resources and carries out the good-tempered and pragmatic policy.

The speeches will be made by the head of Azerbaijani mission in NATO Hazar Ibrahim, official representative of the NATO Secretary General James Appartui, executive director of the London information network on conflicts and state building Dennis Summut and the EU former representative on Southern Caucasus Peter Semneby.
