Azerbaijan-Tajikistan cooperation mulled

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has received Azerbaijan`s Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev on the sidelines of the first meeting of the Azerbaijani-Tajik intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation here.

According to the Tajik presidential press service, the sides discussed the current state of cooperation and development prospects between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan.

The meeting featured discussions on expanding relations in spheres of trade, economy, investment, industry, energetic, transport, agriculture, culture, tourism, strengthening of transport potential and other issues. The sides also exchanged views on regional and international problems. Azerbaijani ambassador Abbasali Hasanov also participated in the meeting.
