Azeri MPs to visit Brussels

A delegation of Azerbaijan`s parliament consisting of members of a working group on inter-parliamentary relations with Belgium will visit Brussels Monday.

The delegation, headed by Elkhan Suleymanov, includes MPs Fuad Muradov, Zahid Oruj, Fazil Mustafa, Faraj Guliyev, Gudret Hasanguliyev, Ganira Pashayeva, Azer Kerimli and Jeyhun Osmanli.
The Azeri MPs will attend discussions on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

The discussions, titled “Nagorno-Karabakh conflict – legal and humanitarian aspects” and “The occupied territories, the forgotten lands”, will be attended by Belgium`s state officials, MPs and politicians. The event is aimed at drawing the attention of Belgian political circles to the Nagorno-Karabakh problem. As part of the visit the Azeri MPs will have meetings with head of the Belgium Chamber of Representatives and Belgian diplomats.
