President Ilham Aliyev: 'Azerbaijan proud of being a part of Islamic world'

The Islamic civilization has promoted peace and tolerance, humanistic ideas, humanism and mercy along centuries, uniting millions of peoples around this superior values, and Azerbaijan is proud of being a part of the Islamic world, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev emphasized in his congratulatory letter to the participants of the Third Think Tanks forum of the OIC countries kicked off today in Azerbaijan`s capital.

“Along with the Islam and Islamic culture, the people of Azerbaijan has respect for all religions, tolerance, and upholds peaceful coexistence and cooperation of peoples of various faiths”, the head of state said.
