Azeri youth hold rally of protest in Paris

The rally on the 20th anniversary of Khojaly genocide has been organized by the Azerbaijani-French Youth Association in Paris. Azerbaijani students studying in various French universities attended the event.

The 3-hour event started on the Saint Michel Square. The exhibition "Khojaly through the eyes of children" was organized as apart of the event. The promotional materials, printed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in English and French were also presented.

Students distributed leaflets with the information about the Khojaly genocide. The collected signatures for recognition of the Khojaly genocide by the world community and the French were submitted to the French Senate after the event. The Azerbaijani-French Youth Association was established in 2003 by a group of Azerbaijani students studying in Paris.
