New Turkish ambassador appointed to Baku

New Turkish ambassador has been appointed to Azerbaijan, the Turkish Hurriyat newspaper reported. Ismail Alper Cosgun will become the new Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan. He will replace Hulusi Kilic in this post. The embassy has no information on this regard yet.
