Azerbaijan`s President receives Argentina`s Minister - PHOTOS

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Feb.11 received Tourism Minister of Argentina Carlos Enrique Meyer. The Head of State hailed successful development of Azerbaijan-Argentina relations.

President Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of Azerbaijani Embassy`s starting operations in Argentina for expanding cooperation. The Head of State underlined significance of reciprocal visits for strengthening bilateral ties, and expressed assurance that Argentine Minister`s visit would contribute to deepening relations.

For his part, Carlos Enrique Meyer said Argentina is interested in boosting ties with Azerbaijan. The Minister highlighted the importance of mutual experience exchange to develop cooperation and drew the attention to the visit of representatives of Azerbaijan`s tourism industry to Argentina. Meyer pointed out that Argentine tourism companies wish to attend the annual tourism fair in Azerbaijan.

The sides underscored the importance of Azerbaijani Culture Days which will be held next year in Argentina to boost bilateral relationship.
