“Azerbaijan and NATO have enough potential to develop relations,” said James Appathurai, NATO Secretary General`s Special Representative for Southern Caucasus and Central Asia. Mr. Appathurai said during his upcoming visit to Azerbaijan he will discuss issues on preparations for NATO Summit, which is to be held in Chicago in May.
