Azerbaijani official attend int'l seminar

The chairman of Azerbaijan Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullayev participated in the seminar of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France. The participants discussed the activity of the courts in use of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
