Spiders have reached the stone age

09 October 2014 [16:04] - TODAY.AZ

They might be over 4,000 years behind human civilisation but spiders seem to have now joined the stone age.

Should we be worried or will it only become serious when they enter their bronze age?

If this image is symbolic, then luckily it seems the arachnids have not yet weaponised their new tool.

In this particular case, the enterprising eight legged insect had used a small stone as a wind anchor for it spider web.

And you thought anti-pest spray would keep spiders from infesting your home…it might be time to build that stone curtain wall to replace the flimsy wooden fence.

Just think of billions of miniature spider-men crawling over your house with rocks…not a pleasant thought.
