Azerbaijan to be honorary guest of Golden Orange Film Festival in Turkey

The southern city of Antalya has once again come alive in the middle of autumn with the beginning of the highly anticipated International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival. Since 2009, the event, which takes place in the autumn months at the Antalya Cultural Center (Antalya Kültür Merkezi, AKM), has been organised solely by the Antalya Foundation for Culture and Arts (Antalya Kültür Sanat Vakfı, AKSAV) and has included an international section within the main body of the festival. The 48th edition of the International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival will be held October 8–14.

Azerbaijan will take part in the Festival with a wide range of national movies to be screened at the Festival as part of the Eurasian Movie programme, supported by TURKSOY.

The outstanding Azerbaijani Oscar-winning scriptwriter Rustam Ibrahimbekov will be a honorary guest of the Festival.
