Thousands of Bakunians came to see the opening of the most cozy and colorful event of the end of the year -- Christmas charity fair "Cold hands - warm hearts".
The fair, where one can buy gifts on New Year's Eve for the family, and thus to give joy to the vast number of children in need, is being held from December 3 to January 15.
The opening was accompanied with a colorful concert program and participation of music stars and dance groups.
Being taken place in the downtown Baku -- Fountain Square -- the fourth edition of the fair is held under the guidance of the Nargis Fund and support of the Amapola Exclusive Events.
Charity Fair is organized in small wooden huts set on Fountain Square. Here you can buy gifts, souvenirs, books, clothing and sweets for the New Year to friends and relatives, etc., thereby giving the joy of a huge number of children in need. A small cozy cafe offers warm cup of coffee, hot chocolate or tea, and gives an opportunity to enjoy fresh pastries and national dishes.
Daily entertainment programs, meetings with interesting people, a lot of surprises and entertainment for adults and children create an atmosphere of the New Year holiday, and provide an opportunity to travel in the winter wonderland and feel its heroes.
Goers will surely be filled with positive energy from festive mood, but most importantly guests will have the chance to give joy to the vast number of children in need, as the event is aimed not only at creating a good Christmas mood, but also helping fulfill the most secret desires of kids from orphanages.
Nargis Fund, together with the sponsors of the fair -- International Bank of Azerbaijan, Amapola Exclusive Events, Caspian Drilling Company, SEBA (Azerbaijan-Korean Cultural Exchange Association), Az?rIshig, Elevatione, Norm, Fresh Catering will help children in need of medical treatment and surgery.
The main guests of the fair are children from orphanages, who will be able to attend concerts with celebrities, performances of favorite artists, and have traditional souvenirs, sweets and gifts from sponsors of the fair.
