Concert held in Azerbaijan`s district of Shamakhi as part of 3rd International Mugam Festival

A concert has taken place in Azerbaijan`s district of Shamakhi as part of the 3rd International Mugam Festival.

Those speaking at the opening of the concert highlighted the works done in Azerbaijan to protect and popularize national and spiritual values in Azerbaijan. They particularly underlined the works done by president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO goodwill ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva.

The speakers also praised the fact that concerts as part of the 3rd International Mugam Festival were held not only in Baku, but also regions of Azerbaijan.
Then the concert started.
