Yuli Gusman teaches how to cook Azerbaijani dolma

 Famous Baku-born filmmaker, founder and artistic director of the First Prize of the Russian Academy of Cinematographic Arts NIKA, member of the Presidium of the Russian Jewish Congress Yuli Gusman was a guest of Ivan Urgant’s popular TV show "Smak" on the 1st Channel of Russian television.


During the culinary show Yuli Gusman prepared traditional Azerbaijani dish – dolma and shared many interesting facts about the Azerbaijani cuisine and old and the present day Azerbaijan’s capital Baku.
