Eurovision 2012 in spotlight of Turkish media

The Eurovision Song Contest 2012 to take place in Azerbaijan`s capital is in the focus of the Turkish press. The authoritative newspaper “Aksham” published an interview by Azerbaijani Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov, who told of grandiose work carried out under the leadership of the first lady Mehriban Aliyeva.

The Radikal newspaper covers festive mood in Azerbaijan on the eve of the momentous event.
The online “Pressturk” says Turkish Can Bonomo will appear on the stage with Azerbaijani flag as a return gesture of the Eurovision Song Contest 2011.
