Aida Mahmudova`s “Recycled” presented in 012 Baku Public Art Festival - PHOTOS

“Recycled” by the Executive Director of YARAT Contemporary Art Space Aida Mahmudova was displayed at 012 Baku Public Art Festival.

The core element of the installation is old window frames. This project is inspired by the sense of impermanence. The author asks how we can use the old things again, without prejudice to their original mind. She wants to express that transformation of the olds into the new means is dynamics of life. This dynamism can be seen on the example of ancient and modern Baku.

21 artists are attending the 012 Baku Public Art Festival which will last till September 1.
