'Azerbaijan-Russia ties develop in library science'

The Azerbaijani minister of culture and tourism Abulfaz Garayev met with Director General of the Russian State Library Alexander Visliy. Mr. Garayev said relations between Azerbaijan and Russia were rapidly developing in all spheres, including the library science.

The Minister informed about application of the e-library system and e-catalogues in Azerbaijan. The minister said the book fairs are held every year to serve the needs of the readers. Mr. Visliy expressed his admiration for beauty and construction works in Baku city. Mr.Visliy updated the Minister about activity and structure of the library. He said the Russian State Library is keen to cooperate with National Library of Azerbaijan.
