Azerbaijan names Eurovision - 2012 representative - UPDATE - PHOTOS

Azerbaijan's representative for Eurovision 2012 is Sabina Babayeva. The winner was selected based on the opinion of the jury.

The National Final at the Heydar Aliyev Palace, where the representative for Azerbaijan at the Eurovision Song Contest was chosen, already ended! The finalists were Orkhan Kerimli, Elton Ibrahimov, Arzu Ismailova, Faqan Safarov and Sabina Babayeva.

The opening began with a video about the Eurovision Song Contest’s 57 year history and Azerbaijan’s highest achievements and its 4 years of representation.The representatives for Turkey, Can Bonomo and Malta, Kurt Calleja, invited to participate in the National Final night at the Heydar Aliyev Palace, are in Baku already.
