Baku's primary housing market records price decline

NGO "Participants of the Property Market" announced the results of the monitoring of Baku's primary housing market in November 2011. The monitoring results showed that 152 construction companies carried out construction of 424 buildings in Baku as of late November.

The average price of apartments in new buildings amounted to $ 828  per square meter in November. As in previous months, preference is given to three-bedroom apartments in Baku.
