Entrepreneurs from central Azerbaijan get favorable loans

The National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (NFES) under the Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry issued favorable loans totaling 1,791 million manat to 42 entrepreneurs of the Barda and nearby regions, the ministry said.

More than 130 new job places will be opened at the expense of these funds. The event was held with the participation of about 250 entrepreneurs.  

During the event, participants got familiarized with the construction of "Berde Broyler" with capacity of 1,600 tons of poultry meat a year, "Resad" bread breaking enterprise with capacity of 6,800 tons per year, cooling and storage complex with a capacity of 3,000 tons of entrepreneur Ilgar Valiyev, the "Abseron" company, producing pedigree eggs, with capacity of 7 million eggs per year, cattle-breeding complex "Atropatena" for 1,000 cattle. Participants also got familiarized with cattle-breeding complex "Qara Inek Fermer Teserrufatı" for 450 heads of pedigree cattle.

Presentation of projects to create cooling and storage facilities with capacity of 5 tons for the storage of fruits, vegetables and food products and modern enterprises for processing and slicing meat with capacity of five thousand tons were held within the event in accordance with previously defined priority spheres of the Barda region for favorable funding.

Since early 2010, the fund has allocated favorable loans worth 115 million manat to 1,430 entrepreneurs. About 5,600 new jobs will be opened thanks to these loans, whose great part fell to the country's regions. This year the Fund plans to issue loans worth 125 million manat on favorable terms.
