Price on most expensive hundred part of land in Baku made public

Participants of the Property Market Public Union of Azerbaijan has released outcomes of the monitoring into the state of the land market in the Azerbaijani capital in Nov. 2009.
The monitoring revealed that portfolio of supply of land plots was formed primarily by new free areas.

Cost a hundred part of land in the capital averaged $15,982.

The most expensive land was put on sale in the Narimanov district of Baku in the Heydar Aliyev Avenue. The price was $150,000.  

Pirakashkul settlement of Baku saw the lowest price at $400 for one hundred part of land.
