Price on most expensive hundred part of land in Baku made public

Participants of the Property Market Public Union of Azerbaijan has released outcomes of the monitoring into the state of the land market in the Azerbaijani capital in Sept. 2009.

The monitoring revealed that a hundred part of land in the capital averaged $17,474.

The portfolio of supply of land plots was formed primarily by new free areas while this trend decreased slightly compared to previous months.  

The most expensive land was put on sale in the Yasamal district of Baku near the Hotel Europe. The price was $250,000.  

Pirallahi settlement of Baku saw the lowest price at $280 for one hundred part of land.
