Huseyn Arabul to miss a trial

President of Barmek Azerbaijan Electricity Distribution LLC Huseyn Arabul, accused of abuse of power, embezzlement and negligence of court judgements will not attend the trial fixed to May 11.

Arabul told the APA that he presented medical judgment to the court. Arabul said the doctor will remove stitches from his eye on May 16.

Huseyn Arabul faced charges on Article 179.3.2 (embezzlement), 308.2 (abuse of power) and 313.
