No official agreement to be signed durin energy summit in Poland

Energy summit is to be held in Krakow, Poland on Friday. Polish President Lech Kachinsky invited Presidents of Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Lithuania to participate in the summit.

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Poland Vilayat Guliyev told APA Azerbaijani, Ukrainian, Georgian and Lithuanian Presidents and Kazakh Deputy Energy Minister will attend the summit.

The first meeting will be held in Wawel castle functioned as the residence of medieval Polish rulers. The summit is to be held at Jagiellonian University, the second oldest university of Europe on May 12. The summit will not conclude any official document.

"Polish side proposed to approve a communique on the summit's results. This issue is being discussed," Guliyev said.

According to the diplomat, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is to hold bilateral meetings within the summit.
