Imishli Sugar Refinery's campaign for sugar-beet over

Azersun Holding's press service told APA-Economics that during the campaign sugar-beet have been planted in 5 000 hectare areas and approximately 80 000 tonnes sugar-beet have been grown. Production contracts have been signed with 1500 landowners in 25 regions including Sabirabad, Agjabedi, Imishli, Fuzuli, Saatli, Barda, Aghsu, Bilasuvar, and Beilagan and they have been provided with seeds, fertilizers and chemical pesticides.

The holder of the first place of the project was presented 600kg granulated sugar, second place 400kg, third place 300kg and other 19 were presented 200kg granulated sugar.
