Taxes Ministry puts arrest on bank account of ANS Group of Companies

Taxes Ministry put arrest on bank account of ANS TV and ANS ChM radio, the adviser of the president of ANS group of companies Mais Mammadov informed.

The reason of arrest is non-paid part of fine put by Taxes Ministry after tax control in ANS Commerce.

According to APA, ANS Commerce was fined AZN 31 000 because of document frauds. ANS claim was not met in the trial presided by Judge Mashallah Ahmedov, the judge of Economic Court 1.

ANS did not pay the fine after it, and noted that the company will appeal to the Court of Appeals. Taxes Ministry told the APA that no information will be given concerning the case.
