Azercell signs new roaming agreement

Azercell telecom JV has concluded GPRS/MMS roaming agreement with Mobistar Belgium.

Azercell told APA that it is the third agreement signed with Belgian mobile providers.

Azercell has to date signed 64 GPRS/MMS roaming agreement of 30 countries.
