Natig Aliyev: "Volume and price of Russian gas for Azerbaijan depend on next talks"

It depends on the next round of talks to reach any agreement on the prices and volume of Russian gas Azerbaijan is going to import, Industry and Energy Minister Natig Aliyev told.

He says the rumor that Gazprom would charge Azerbaijan $230 for 1,000 cubic metres of gas like Georgia will be made clear at the next round.

The first round of talks took place in August without any result.

The second round is expected to be held this month, APA reports.

Natig Aliyev also says that check-ups in the filling stations of Azerbaijan will be started in a few days.
