Economic Development Ministry department head resigns

As APA reports, Huseynov has been at this position since November 25, 2004. He decided to resign and submitted his application on resignation to the Economic Development Minister yesterday.

Huseynov has determined not to hold post in state offices any more. The deputy head of the department Samir Dadashov is now executing his duties. Dadashov, who previously worked at the State Committee for Securities, was appointed deputy director a month ago.

Huseynov's resignation has had no influence on the working regime at the department.
