Emission prospectus of bonds of AZEL Company in the amount of $1 million registered

The State Committee for Securities (SCS) registered emission prospectus of registered interest-bearing bonds of the Azerbaijan Electronics (AZEL) Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC).

As APA was told by the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), volume of emission is $1 million and face-value per stock $100. Annual YTM of bonds is 14.5%, and term of circulation is 1 year.
According to emission prospectus, placement will be held through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) by the public subscription method. The Standard Capital Company will act as underwriter in placement of bonds.
