Bank Standard issues registered deposit certificates

Deposit certificates of the Bank Standard Commercial Bank (CB) were registered by the State Committee for Securities.

As APA informs, total issuance volume of certificates is $2 million, face-value per certificate is $10 thousand. Term of circulation of certificates is 1 year and annual interest rate is 12%.

According to emission, interest rate on deposit certificates is paid by the end of each quarter, and face-value by the end of circulation term. It should be noted that owners of certificates can transmit the right on these securities to other persons.

Natural and legal persons can get certificates in the central office and all branches of Bank Standard.
