Taxes Ministry reports on double-taxation Agreements

As Trend reports, these are Austria, Germany, the UK, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Turkey, France, China, as well as CIS countries – Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.

Moreover, the application of 4 agreements with Germany, Poland, France and China started from January 2006.

At present the draft agreements between Azerbaijan and Belgium, Italy, Canada and Pakistan have been signed and pending the term of enactment. The documents were signed with Latvia, Finland and Czech Republic and to be asserted by the Parliaments.

Azerbaijan accorded the draft agreements with ten countries more – Bulgaria, Qatar, Denmark, Estonia, Switzerland, Sweden, Kuwait, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Serbia and Montenegro and they are ready for signing.

At the same time bilateral talks with some countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Greece, Oman and India are in the direction of according the draft agreement.

In the perspective it is also planned to hold talks on the development of similar agreements with some other countries, while relevant proposals have been sent with respect to set up talks.
